Join Michelle Boulé, Angela Malaya and Denise Gonzales for an intimate overnight retreat designed to nourish your body, reconnect you with your inner knowing, and remind you what it feels like to simply be held in community with other women. Set in the beautiful surroundings of Mount Purro Nature Reserve, we'll spend our time together moving, resting, connecting, laughing, being in nature and creating space for whatever you need. No fixing. No performing. No accomplishing. Just a beautiful pause to replenish before the busyness of Christmas. YOUR EXPERIENCE: DAY ONE 2:00 PM — Arrival + Check-In 3:00 PM — Opening Circle 4:00 PM — ONEdance with Michelle An embodied movement and energy experience to bring you out of your head and back into your body. 6:00 PM — Dinner A nourishing shared meal and time to connect. 7:30 PM — Fire Activation + Bonfire with Angela An evening of fire, embodiment, sisterhood and s'mores under the night sky. ******* DAY TWO 7:00 AM — Gentle Yoga + Sound Bath with Denise and Angela A calming morning practice combining movement, breath, BodyTalk Cortices Tapping and sound. 8:30 AM — Breakfast 10:00 AM — Nature Hike + Closing Circle 12:00 PM — Check-Out ******* And in between?
