Primal Movement Classes

We start from the ground with ground based movements – that become the prerequisites of deep squatting and getting up from the ground with ease. We then continue working on your technique in a wide variety of practical and higher level skills that restore strength, mobility and stability – such as, balancing, crawling, jumping, lifting, as gymnastic ring muscle ups and running – that demand more competency. This is for all physical levels. We will employ a wide variety of implementation strategies to either begin your journey into moving how nature intended or extending it from intermediate to advanced. Sessions are on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. Tuesdays - 7am Saturdays - 9am We can't promise that moving how nature intended will add years to your life, but what we can promise is that it will add life to your years.
