Just like cooking, art has its own ingredients: line, shape, form, colour, light and shadow, texture, and composition. And just as our taste buds respond differently to different flavours, we each respond differently to the elements of art. Discover your artistic taste and learn how to really look at art! This is not your typical art history lecture. Through quizzes, playful challenges, creative activities and surprising stories, we'll explore the seven essential ingredients that shape the way we see and experience art. Expect historical secrets, stories of propaganda, intimate anecdotes and a few surprises along the way. Join in as much or as little as you like! There's no pressure to participate.
