ALIVE MEN Lisbon

A gathering for men with movement, dance, and honest conversation. Spend less time in your head. Feel more at ease in your body. ALIVE MEN Lisbon is a unique two-hour space for men to move, dance, and have honest conversations. We start with the body, to help you get out of your head, quiet your mind, and find words for how you really feel. Between work, responsibilities, and everyday life, there isn’t always much room to notice how you’re actually doing, or talk about it honestly. How it works? We start by moving. With music and simple and concrete guidance, you’ll have time to loosen up, release some tension, and enjoy moving without steps to follow or anything to get right. If looking after your body usually means a workout, this offers something different to explore. Then we sit down together. After moving, you may find your mind is quieter and it’s easier to say what you feel, rather than keep thinking it through. That’s where the conversation begins: with what you’ve noticed, what matters to you, or something you don’t often get to say. You can speak openly, listen, laugh, or take your time. Sharing is always invited, never forced. There’s nothing to prove and no pressure to have the right words. No dance experience needed. Come as you are, in comfortable clothes.
