Introspective Art

A Collective Pause to Turn Inward. This isn't your typical art class… 🗓️ Join us on Wednesday at 5pm in a green and luxurious setting at Hotel Hotel, Avenida da Liberdade. ✨ We open with a short mindful practice to arrive and settle, then paint, sketch, and collage together around a unique reflection theme. No art experience needed. No performance, no judgment. Just a room of people choosing to be present with themselves, side by side. ➡️ AGENDA: • 5:00pm — Meet & settle in, order your welcome drink (soft or tea) • 5:10pm — A short guided mindful moment • 5:20pm — Free-flowing creative time around the week's theme • 6:40pm — Sharing what we created (optional) ➡️ All materials included: paints, pencils, magazines ➡️ A FREE drink included while you create ➡️ 30€ per person Sometimes the best way to understand what you're feeling is to make something out of it — and it's easier when you're not doing it alone 🌞 💺 Limited spots (only 6) to keep the group intimate
