Bring your dog & join us for a 50-minute outdoor Pilates flow in the park! 🌿🐶 Just you, your mat, a water bottle, your breath, and movement to connect it all. Join us for a full-body Pilates flow rooted in the foundations of Pilates: ✹ Precision ✹ Breath ✹ Concentration ✹ Control ✹ Centering & Core A mindful yet energising session designed to activate the whole body, reconnect with your breath, and move with intention. All bodies and movement levels are welcome — no experience necessary. And yes, bring your pup! 🐾 Expect good energy, movement and plenty of puppy company. 🫶 As always, the class is free to join.
