There is no right or wrong way to walk a labyrinth. Simply take each step at your own pace, follow the path, and allow yourself to be present. Come as you are. Walk, breathe, reflect, and begin your week with intention. All are welcome. No meditation experience necessary. Event is free. Any donations are appreciated to help cover the cost of the space.
