UNAPOLOGETICALLY SEXUAL

This month, we're diving into sexuality, and we're kicking things off with a three-hour experience combining pole dancing, conscious movement and self-exploration. Expect more than just a dance class. Together, we'll explore our relationship with our bodies, sensuality and sexuality through guided exercises, reflection and movement. We'll challenge the expectations and conditioning we've grown up with, explore what makes us feel confident and comfortable in our bodies, and create room to express ourselves without judgment. With guidance from a pole dance instructor and a sexologist, this workshop invites you to get curious, move differently and explore parts of yourself you might have been taught to hide or hold back. No previous pole dancing experience needed. Just bring yourself, an open mind and a willingness to explore.
