Her gentle yet powerful approach supports guests in reconnecting with themselves and exploring personal transformation. Shelley – Shine Yoga Shelley is an experienced yoga teacher with two decades of practice. Her grounding, accessible and restorative sessions encourage body awareness, mindful movement and inner connection.
