Malmö City Connect | IABC EMENA – 2 December 2026

Join senior communication leaders in Malmö for a roundtable on measuring impact and how it informs decisions, with lunch and networking. Measuring Communication: What It Tells Us, What It Doesn't, What Comes Next A communication metric can be accurate and still support the wrong decision. What we measure, how we interpret the results and what we do with them all matter when we're assessing communication's impact. On 2 December, we're bringing senior communication leaders and experienced practitioners in related fields together in Malmö to discuss how measurement informs decisions in practice. It's an opportunity to compare experiences with people from other organizations, hear how they approach similar issues and get to know other communication leaders in the region. The roundtable follows the IABC EMENA Nordics Community's online panel on communication measurement, From Outputs to Outcomes: Measuring Communication Impact, on 4 November.
