In this practical and reflective session, Kim Pong Lim will invite participants to explore how they show up in conversations and how their habitual ways of speaking influence participation, trust and group dynamics. Using SoundWave as a lens, participants will reflect on the voices they naturally rely on, the voices they may avoid and the impact these choices can have on others. The session is not about finding one correct way to facilitate. It is about becoming more aware of what the moment requires and having the flexibility to respond with greater intention. Participants will leave with: * deeper awareness of their own conversational impact; * practical ways to read and respond to group dynamics; * a wider range of choices when conversations become difficult; * useful insights for both professional practice and personal growth.
