The 3Cs: "Compassion, Connection & Community" Peer-led conversations on ADHD, Autism & AuDHD

Our monthly gatherings offer a peer-led community space to share real stories, heal from challenges, and build lasting bonds, all rooted in the power of Connection, Compassion, and Community. We uniquely offer support from a lived experience perspective, tackling issues like masking, late diagnosis, and unique AuDHD struggles in the midst of Singapore's culture. Held at Library@Harbourfront's Programme Room 1, each session features peer-led panels, open discussions, and practical insights from ordinary people who are further along in their neurodivergence journey. Our goal is to create a community space to share real stories, heal from challenges and trauma, build lasting bonds and learn to grow and thrive with our neurodivergence.
