Dance Awake : A conscious dance practice

A three-hour introduction to conscious dance, mindful movement and moving meditation. No choreography, just a living body and curious mind. 🌿 WHAT IF YOU COULD DANCE YOUR WAY INTO A DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE OF BEING HUMAN?🐚 Something a little different is coming to Singapore! Dance Awake community has been evolving for over 10 years across several continents. And now it’s here in Singapore! 🌏 D A N C E A W A K E is a mindful movement practice, somewhere between conscious dance, moving meditation and an adventure into your inner world. Over 3 hours, we'll explore the five dimensions of our being — physical, mental, energetic, psychic and subtle — followed by 2 hours of music-led movement and integration. We are bringing ecclectic sonic journeys of diverse genres— jazz funk, disco, leftfield, psy, some tecno, all the boogies ! 🚀 No choreography. No dance experience needed. No need to look good doing it. Just bring your curiosity, your body and whatever _ALIVE_ in you. You might surprise yourself. You might meet a side of you that hasn't had much room to move 😉 📍 Dance Nucleus, Singapore 📅 Sunday 22 Nov 2026; 9am-12pm 🎟️ From 29SGD - Register here: https://shorturl.at/ojXwV ⚡️Come curious.
