Who Writes the Transition? Women's Leadership and the New Economy Across South & Southeast Asia

Oneworld Colab brings together a panel discussion centered around a single question: What does a gender-just transition across South and Southeast Asia actually require, and who gets to design and finance it? Moderated by Moutushi Sengputa (Founder, Oneworld Colab) bringing expertise in climate finance and community-led clean energy action, the panel brings together a diverse cohort of partner organizations; Haqdarshak on social protection and last-mile welfare delivery, Heifer International on food systems and rural livelihoods, ARROW on rights and intergenerational policy advocacy, and PEKKA on grassroots collective economy and women’s leadership. Senior leaders from each organisation will speak directly from their communities’ frontline realities in a structured dialogue. The discussion is followed by The Weave, a facilitated connection space designed to seed new institutional links between South and Southeast Asian organisations.
