The session begins with meditation to help settle the mind, release tension and bring your attention back to the present moment. You'll then move into a deeply relaxing sound bath, where the vibrations and tones of sound are used to create an immersive experience designed to encourage rest and relaxation. There's nothing you need to do or achieve. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes and allow yourself to switch off from the noise of everyday life. Whether you're completely new to meditation and sound healing or already have an established practice, the session is accessible to all levels.
