Restorative / Yin Yoga with Carla

Carla will guide you through a gentle, grounding practice combining restorative yoga with longer-held Yin poses, giving your body time to soften, stretch and release. With a focus on stillness, mindful breathing and deep relaxation, the class is designed to help ease tension, improve flexibility and create a sense of calm in both body and mind. There’s no need to rush, push or perform. Simply arrive, settle onto your mat and give yourself an hour to switch off. Suitable for all levels, including those who are new to yoga.
