Fall is a wonderful time to take a moment to honor our ancestors, loved ones that are no longer here, and magic of autumns remembrance in letting go. Each participant will be guided through meditation before the sound bath, receive a healing crystal + get an opportunity to intuitively choose an Oracle card to set the tone for this practice. Let the vibrations from crystal bowls and gentle chimes guide you into deep relaxation. Perfect for anyone craving a moment of peace and connection. Sound healing is a ancient practice that uses different frequencies to bring you into a state of deep meditation while increasing self-healing. All sound is made of vibrations, which can be used to create a molecular message that penetrate the body. The goal is to use frequency to aid the body and mind in finding vibrational harmony, counteracting any "blockages" created by stress and negative emotions. There are many tools utilized during this practice. Personally I like to use the seven chakra crystal singing bowls, singing pyramids, chimes, ocean wave drum, and tuning forks. Benefits of sound healing: -Calms body & mind -Reduces stress & anxiety -Increases focus & clarity -Decreases tension & fatigue -Boosts mood & reduces feelings of anger -Improves sleep -Elevates spiritual well-being & more! Bring your a yoga mat, pillow, cozy blanket, and open heart – this is all about good vibes and soulful healing. *Space is limited, ticket sales end Saturday, October 30th @ 6:00 PM to ensure proper preparation for group size*
