Chef’s Table is a chef-guided cooking demo co-led by a dietitian, combining practical cooking skills with helpful nutrition tips. Chef’s Table is an engaging, chef-guided cooking demonstration co-led by a Sodexo chef and registered dietitian. Participants will watch the featured recipe come together while learning practical cooking techniques, preparation tips, and nutrition information they can use at home. There will also be opportunities to ask questions and sample the finished dish.
