Meal Prep Club is an interactive, hands-on class where participants prepare multiple servings of a featured recipe to take home and enjoy throughout the week. Along the way, participants learn practical meal-prep strategies, food storage tips, simple cooking techniques, and ways to build balanced meals that fit into a busy schedule. This session’s featured recipe is Shredded Brussels Sprout & Apple Salad with Dried Cranberries, Chickpeas, Walnuts & Maple-Dijon Vinaigrette. We will supply 32 oz Plastic Deli Containers with Lids for your meal prep; however, if you have 32 oz Mason Jars we encourage you to bring those for your meal prep!
