Gather In Gratitude- Group Sound Bath

Come grab comfort, Gratitude & Alignment with our Gratitude Sound Bath Journey Gratitude is one of the highest emotional frequencies a human can experience. When we recognize and appreciate the goodness in life, our energy changes. Our brains start producing those feel-good compounds of dopamine and serotonin. Negative thoughts start getting filtered out because your brain is focusing on what’s going good in your life. Our health starts to improve on multiple levels – less stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, better cognitive function, and much more. Practicing gratitude raises our own personal vibration so that we can get more of what we want out of life through the Law of Attraction. Like energy attracts like energy; good attracts good; positive attracts positive. A daily gratitude practice is the ultimate manifestation tool. We will start by writing down 3 things that we wish to express gratitude towards – immediately raising our vibration as a collective. Then lay back and relax as you listen to the sound of crystal bowls and other healing instruments. The meditation will take you on a journey to open the heart chakra, so that you are ready to receive the many blessings the gratitude frequency can give you. We will finish by writing down what we wish to manifest through the Law of Attraction and send it into the universe by fire. Attendees will also receive an oracle card message during the event.
