Nature Rx | Fireside Reflections

Enjoy an evening of mindfulness and community around the campfire. Join us for a mindful evening around the campfire at Hines Hill campus. As we approach the winter solstice, the nights are long, and it’s a perfect time to pause and reflect while appreciating the beauty of the night sky. Dr. Joe Blanda will lead a discussion on the health benefits of experiencing the awe of the night sky, quiet time, night sounds, and more. Ahead of the official change of seasons, take a moment to breathe in the crisp air and set intentions for winter. There will be time for group conversation and personal reflection. Feel free to bring your journal and your favorite mug for tea. Enjoy slowing down and staying warm by the fire with us. This event is part of the Nature Rx program.
