Learn to make your own fire cider! Come celebrate Herb Day at Honest Weight Food Coop making the time old tradition of Fire Cider. Melissa Rivera, owner of Holistic Energy Healing and a member of the Wellness Department will share the history of this herbal tonic taught by world renowned Herbalist, Rosemary Gladstar. Fire Cider is an incredible immune support, digestive aid and is known to ward off colds. Melissa will be using ingredients found in our very own produce department. Be ready to roll up your sleeves to make your own batch of Fire Cider amongst friends. You will be provided with handouts and your own batch to bring home.
