60 minute guided session of yoga asana connecting breath and movement. Bring your own mat - limited mats may be available. Suggested Donation $15 or pay what you are able. Renew your purpose in this intentional sequencing of asana and unite a balanced exploration of internal and external disciplines, progressive postures, controlled breathwork, self-focus, introspection, and contemplative reflection.
