FREE WILL Nervous System Reset: Yoga + Vocal Activation + Sound Healing

Hosted by Ainae, the headliner of the FREE Will tour and Melan, Grounded Wellness facilitator & artist who recently opened the DC tour stop, this experience brings the “Free Will” philosophy to life by helping guests reconnect to their authentic voice and sense of purpose. We’ll start with a gentle yoga flow to ground into your body, followed by vocal activation exercises to awaken your voice and calm your nervous system, then melt into closing sound healing designed to help you release what you’ve been carrying and come back to yourself. Whether you’re a vocal artist or not, this is a non-judgmental space to express yourself. No pressure to be flexible. No pressure to sound a certain way. No pressure to be “zen.” Just a room full of people choosing to take care of themselves on purpose. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, steadier, and more connected to your own FREE WILL. What To Bring: • Journal • Water • Comfortable clothes you can move and rest in Optional: eye mask, blanket, any healing tools that make you feel more comfortable! *Yoga mats and props will be provided by Grounded but you’re welcome to bring your own
