Has cooked for Rosa Parks, Denzel Washington, and Congressman Bill Gray. Featured on Food Network's Dinner Impossible with Robert Irvine and Gordon Ramsey's Hotel Hell. Has run Opinionated Palate Catering for the past 25 years. THE EVENING Doors at 5:00 PM. Forty-minute meet-and-greet with canapés and a welcome pineapple-lime martini. First plating at 6:15 PM. Four courses. One seating. The bar and lounge are closed to the public for the evening. Members, invited guests, and ticket holders only. Cocktails and the humidor remain available to guests throughout. Optional wine and spirits pairings available à la carte at the bar. Every seat includes a hand-selected cigar.
