Dive into hands-on AI strategies and real workflows to crush your 2026 biz goals in person! ABOUT THIS EVENT Stop collecting AI tools. Start deciding where AI actually belongs in your business. The challenge for most businesses is no longer finding another AI app. It is deciding: • Which task is actually worth improving? • What part of the process can AI assist with? • How will you know if the workflow is helping? • And what still requires human judgment? Applied AI Business Lab is a focused three-hour working session for business owners, operators, consultants, and team leads who want to move from general AI interest to a practical business experiment. This is not an AI trends conference. There are no coding lectures, technical architecture sessions, or software sales presentations. Instead, you will work through one real operational challenge using a simple four-part framework: BUSINESS BOTTLENECK → AI-ASSISTED WORKFLOW → SUCCESS METRIC → HUMAN REVIEW During the morning, you will examine practical workflow patterns, compare ideas with other business operators, stress-test potential use cases, and build a small 30-day pilot you can evaluate inside your own business. No laptop is required. The session is intentionally designed around business logic and workflow planning rather than software configuration. WHO THIS IS FOR This lab is designed for: • Small business owners • Managing partners • Operations leaders • Consultants • Agency operators • Sales and business-development professionals • Professional-services firms • Independent operators • Small and growing teams It is especially useful if your business repeatedly spends time on tasks such as: • Lead and inquiry follow-up • Proposal and scope drafting • Meeting summaries • Routine client communication • FAQ responses • Internal documentation • Reporting • Administrative handoffs • Content repurposing • Information organization WHAT THIS EVENT IS NOT This is not: • A coding workshop • An API-building session • An AI-agent engineering class • A software vendor demo • A product sales presentation • A promise of guaranteed cost savings • A session for uploading confidential business data • The focus is practical workflow evaluation and responsible implementation planning. WHAT YOU WILL WORK THROUGH 1. FIND THE RIGHT BUSINESS BOTTLENECK Not every repetitive task needs AI. You will identify one process where improvement may realistically matter because of: • Frequency • Time required • Repetition • Handoffs • Writing burden • Information organization • Quality inconsistency 2. MAP AN AI-ASSISTED WORKFLOW Use the physical AI Use-Case Canvas to break the process into: Trigger → Input → AI-Assisted Step → Human Review → Output You will decide: • What AI could reasonably assist with • What information it needs • Where the workflow could fail • Where a person must remain responsible 3. DEFINE A MEASURABLE TEST A useful workflow needs more than a good demo. You will establish a simple baseline and select practical success measures such as: • Time required • Number of manual steps • Revision volume • Response consistency • Completion speed • Quality-control issues • The goal is not to prove that AI works. • The goal is to determine whether a specific workflow is worth continuing. 4. ADD HUMAN OVERSIGHT You will identify the parts of the workflow that require verification before anything is: • Sent • Published • Approved • Quoted • Shared with a customer • Used for a business decision • Special attention is given to: • Pricing • Contract language • Customer information • Financial figures • Legal-sensitive statements • Confidential information • Factual claims 5. BUILD YOUR 30-DAY AI PILOT Before leaving, you will create a one-page experiment plan defining: • One workflow to test • Current baseline • Test period • Success criteria • Human review steps • Final evaluation date The objective is deliberately small: ONE WORKFLOW. ONE TEST. CLEARER EVIDENCE.
