Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, and bring any or all of the following: * Small candle in the color of your choice * Candleholder * Small glass bowel or jar of water * 9 small stones to represent the earth * Small hand drum, symbols, tambourine, bells, etc… We will collect a love offering. About Olympea: As a wellness practitioner, I guide women and men in creating healthy lifestyles and achieving their wellness goals. In addition, I am certified in SKY- Kria Breath-work, a breathing technique designed to reduce stress and enhance well- being, and trained in Sahaj Samadi, a form of meditation that aims to connect individuals with their inner selves and achieve a state of mental clarity and calm. My style of playfulness and grace takes holistic wellness to another level….. COSMIC!!!
