Full Moon Sound Bath

We will use the energy of the Hunter’s Full Moon as an invitation to slow down, drop into the body, and surrender to emotional release. We will use the grounding and transformative energy of the Hunter’s Moon as an invitation to slow down, drop into the body, and surrender to emotional release. As autumn deepens and nature begins its movement inward, this Full Moon offers a sturdy container for deep inner work and a powerful invitation to reflect on what we are ready to let go of. We'll begin by centering our energy and settling into our bodies through simple Kriya movements, followed by Pranayama to release tension, soothe the nervous system, and invite inner peace. We will transition into a calming 60-minute sound immersion, and we will end with a gratitude meditation to seal our intentions as the moon rises. Sound baths promote deep release and relaxation, and entrain our brainwaves to shift into a dreamlike state. This gentle, grounding practice is open to everybody—no experience needed. Come as you are, tired or wired or somewhere in between. We'll provide a thick foam sound bath mat, along with cushions and blankets. Just wear something comfortable and bring your water bottle. Please note: the studio is up one flight of stairs (no elevator access)
