Full description from organizer

Tantric Embodiment & Intimacy Workshop A Somatic Exploration of Connection, Consent, Pleasure & Authentic Relating What becomes possible when we slow down enough to truly listen to our bodies? The Tantric Embodiment & Intimacy Workshop is an invitation to explore authentic connection through presence, consent, embodiment, and conscious touch. This experience is designed for anyone who desires a deeper relationship with themselves, others, and the wisdom of the body. Whether you're completely new to this work or have years of experience, this workshop offers a welcoming and grounded environment to explore intimacy in a way that honors your boundaries, your nervous system, and your unique pace. Throughout the evening, you'll be guided through a progression of somatic and relational practices that cultivate trust, safety, self-awareness, and authentic expression. Together we'll explore what naturally unfolds when we allow ourselves to fully inhabit our bodies while honoring both our yeses and our nos. Practices May Include • Grounding and intention setting • Conscious group sharing around intimacy, sensuality, sexuality, relationships, polarity, brotherhood, and sisterhood • Eye gazing and presence practices • Authentic movement (Latihan-inspired) • Consent and communication exercises • Discovering embodied yeses and nos • Partner and small group connection practices • Witnessing and mirroring exercises • Exploring where pleasure naturally lives within the body • Receiving practices that cultivate openness and receptivity • Self-pleasure and self-connection practices focused on personal awareness and embodiment • Conscious touch and massage-based exercises (always optional) • Deep relaxation through a Sound Journey with gongs, singing bowls, and other healing instruments • Closing integration circle Every practice is an invitation, never an obligation. Participants are encouraged to honor their own boundaries and engage only in ways that feel authentic and aligned. What This Workshop Is This is a space to: • Reconnect with your body and heart • Deepen your capacity for authentic intimacy • Practice clear communication and consent • Explore pleasure as a pathway to presence and aliveness • Develop greater awareness of your nervous system and relational patterns • Learn to receive as fully as you give • Build trust in yourself and others • Experience the power of conscious community Many participants leave feeling more open-hearted, grounded, connected, emotionally clear, and deeply attuned to themselves. Our Agreements This workshop is founded upon respect, consent, and emotional maturity. This is not a space for hooking up, dating, seeking sexual gratification, or pursuing unconscious desires. While we explore intimacy and conscious touch, this is not a sexually focused event. Clothing remains on throughout the experience, and every practice is guided within clearly established agreements and boundaries. Everyone has the right to say yes. Everyone has the right to say no. Everyone has the right to change their mind. Consent is ongoing, communication is encouraged, and every exercise is optional. We consider this a brave space rather than a perfectly comfortable one. Growth often invites us to meet edges within ourselves, and support is available throughout the experience. You are always responsible for your own experience, and asking for support is welcomed and celebrated. Evening Flow We'll begin by gathering in circle, grounding together, and setting intentions. From there we'll move through progressively deeper embodiment and relational practices, beginning with whole-group experiences before transitioning into partner and small-group explorations. As the evening unfolds, we'll gently deepen into practices of connection, receiving, and authentic expression before settling into an immersive sound healing journey designed to integrate the experience. We'll conclude by returning to circle for reflection, integration, and community sharing.
