For entrepreneurs and chefs who would like to use the NC Cooperative Extension Madison County Center Value Added Kitchen. During this training you will learn the basics of food safety, kitchen sanitation and specific policies and procedures concerning the Madison County Value Added Kitchen. After completing the training, you can begin scheduling time to use the kitchen.
