A space for women to come together for honest conversation, personal reflection, connection, and support around the things we experience. A Monthly Conversation with Brandy Mills at AmeriHealth Caritas Wellness Center. Each session we'll face one topic inspired by the “Woman, You Are Strong: A 21-Day Face It So You Can Fix It Journey” book, and take the conversation beyond the page. No perfect answers expected. Just real honest conversation. Who is Brandy Mills?: Brandy Mills, MSN, RN is a facilitator, speaker, author, and the founder of Brandy Mills Consulting and Woman Strong. At the heart of her work is a passion for creating space for the conversations that challenge thinking, deepen self-awareness, and create movement toward meaningful growth and transformation. Through Brandy Mills Consulting, she works with individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations to challenge thinking, strengthen leadership, and move beyond where they are into what’s possible.
