A calm, cozy in-person experience blending Pilates, a sound bath, and sensory exploration. JOIN THE PROGRESS CLUB for BEYOND THE SENSES ✨ A Pilates, Sound Bath & Sensory Experience An intimate gathering designed to bring together movement, relaxation, and meaningful moments of self-care. Set inside a cozy, exposed-brick studio, the evening will feature a guided mat Pilates session followed by a restorative sound bath, creating space to move your body, quiet your mind, and simply be present. Throughout the experience, we’ll explore all five senses through thoughtfully curated elements, including: • Sight: Warm candlelight and dreamy autumn-inspired visuals. • Sound: Soulful R&B music and the soothing vibrations of a guided sound bath. • Scent: Subtle aromatherapy and refreshing scented towels. • Taste: Wine and individually prepared charcuterie bites. • Touch: Intentional movement, soft textures, and moments of relaxation. Bring yourself • Water will be at everyone station. We’ll also share a special Write & Release moment, inviting you to reflect, set intentions, and let go of anything you’re ready to leave behind. The evening will include a special giveaway (1 raffle included in everyone's tickets) and a small keepsake for each guest to take home. With only a limited amount of spaces, Beyond the Senses is designed to feel intimate, personal, welcoming, and unhurried. At the end of everyone Pilates session , cool eucalyptus wrags will be provided for a nice cool down.
