THE SECRET RIVER EXPERIENCE: A signature sound bath by Alex Ballew

Join Alex Ballew for an immersive, multi-instrument sound bath created to offer space for rest, reflection, and deep listening. The room will be filled with the resonant tones of gongs, singing bowls, didgeridoo, drums, bells, rain sticks, and other instruments, along with sounds that evoke water, wind, and elements of the natural world. The sounds build, shift, and move through the room, making each experience unique. Guests are invited to get comfortable, close their eyes, and follow the sound wherever it takes them. The experience offers an opportunity to quiet the mind, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling grounded, rested, and renewed. Props: Props are important for this experience. In addition to a yoga mat or floor cushion, participants are highly encouraged to bring extra pillows, blankets, bolsters and cushions. Warm socks and eye masks are a nice touch too. You want to feel like you’re laying on a cloud. It cannot be overdone.
