Gentle Yoga & Movement for Stress Relief + Sound Healing

This gentle, relaxing workshop is designed to help you slow down. We will end with a mediation and sound bath. No experience needed! This gentle, relaxing workshop is designed to help you slow down, release some of the stress and tension that tends to build up during the holiday season, and reconnect with your body. We’ll start with gentle yoga and mindful movement focused on relieving physical tension, calming the nervous system, and helping the body settle. Everything will be approachable and focused more on feeling good and unwinding rather than getting a workout. We’ll then transition into a relaxing meditation and sound healing experience, giving everyone time to fully rest and recharge. No yoga experience is necessary! This will be a very gentle and welcoming class that is appropriate for beginners as well.
