Kids Yoga is a playful, welcoming class designed especially for children ages 6–11 to move, breathe, create, and connect. Through age-appropriate yoga poses, movement, games, breathing exercises, and moments of mindfulness, children will have the opportunity to explore yoga in a way that feels fun and approachable. Each class is designed to encourage confidence, body awareness, balance, coordination, creativity, and emotional regulation — while giving kids space to simply be themselves. Classes may include a mix of yoga-inspired movement, partner or group activities, imaginative play, mindfulness exercises, and relaxation. No previous yoga experience is needed. Our goal is for each child to leave feeling proud of what their body can do, a little more connected to themselves, and excited to come back again. Ages: 6–11 Experience: No yoga experience necessary What to bring: Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and a willingness to have fun! Kids Yoga is offered as a monthly series, with each class featuring its own seasonal theme, activities, and yoga adventure.
