Partner Pilates Slackboard

Bring a friend to your private session and we will move through the Pilates sequence on the slackboard. Bring on the balance challenge! Bring a friend and explore Pilates on the Slackboard in a private session for two with Michelle Rae Sobi. This shared experience combines focused instruction with a playful balance challenge, emphasizing core engagement, coordination, breath, and controlled movement. You’ll work through Pilates movements adapted to the Slackboard, with guidance on setup, alignment, and technique. Adjustments and progressions allow each participant to work at an appropriate level while enjoying the session together. With time for questions, individual feedback, and practice, you and your partner can explore a new way to move while receiving personal attention throughout. #PilatesWheaton #Slackboard #PilatesTeacherTraining #PartnerPilates
