Pilates Reformer Private Sessions

Get ready to stretch, strengthen, and flow with a one-on-one Pilates session. We will move through our regular sequence on the reformer. Explore Pilates on the Reformer with the focused, one-on-one attention of Michelle Rae Sobi. Each private session offers time to refine technique, connect breath with movement, and practice at a pace tailored to your experience and goals. Using the Reformer’s moving carriage, springs, and straps, you’ll explore resistance and support through controlled movement. Instruction emphasizes core engagement, alignment, coordination, and precision, with adjustments to meet you where you are. Whether you are discovering the Reformer or returning to an established practice, personal guidance allows you to ask questions, develop familiarity with the equipment, and deepen your understanding of each movement. Thinking about becoming a Pilates instructor? Private sessions also offer an opportunity to strengthen your personal practice and explore your interest in teaching.
