Awake Within Half-Day Retreat

Step away from the noise of everyday life and give yourself the space to reconnect, restore, and come home to yourself. The Awake Within Half-Day Retreat is an intimate experience designed to bring your mind, body, and spirit back into alignment. Through a thoughtfully curated blend of movement, meditation, energy work, and deep rest, we’ll create space to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with the calm, clarity, and intuition already within. Throughout our time together, you’ll experience: ✦ Yoga to ground into the body and open the flow of energy✦ Breathwork to release, reset, and reconnect✦ Sound Bath Healing for deep relaxation and energetic restoration✦ Aura Readings offering insight into your unique energy✦ Guided Group Meditation & Energy Healing to quiet the mind, open the heart, and reconnect within Come exactly as you are. No prior experience is needed—only a willingness to slow down, receive, and explore. We hope you’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, deeply restored, and a little more connected to yourself. A beautiful afternoon to pause. To receive. To awaken within.
