Deep Rest: Cacao + Sound Bath

An evening of cacao, immersive sound, stillness, and deep rest with The Body Place and Josh Jansen Come down from the noise. Deep Rest is an invitation to spend an evening doing less. We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao, a warm ritual for arriving, softening inward, and creating space for intention. From there, you’ll settle into an immersive sound bath with Josh Jansen, allowing layers of vibration and sound to carry you into stillness. There is nowhere to get to. Nothing to accomplish. Just an opportunity to get comfortable, receive, and let your body have a little more space. Your evening will include: • Ceremonial cacao • Guided arrival and intention setting • An immersive sound bath • Spacious time for rest and integration • A quiet, intimate experience with limited attendance Wear something comfortable and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, or anything else that will help you create your own little nest. Cacao is always optional. If you have dietary sensitivities or questions about participating, please reach out before the event. Space is limited to keep the experience intimate. Join us for $33 and give yourself an evening to simply receive. Breathe. Receive. Rest.
