Fall Soup Tasting & Guided Meditation

Enjoy a variety of soups featuring fall produce followed by a relaxing guided meditation We will gather in the kitchen space to enjoy several different fall soups which will highlight seasonal produce and then relax into a restful guided meditation. Both vegetarian and carnivore options will be available. You will be given printed recipes of the soups to take home and there will be an option to purchase take home jars of soup as well. BRING: comfy blanket and/or yoga mat, cozy socks, and wear layers. An eye covering and/or pillow might be nice as well. Sparkling and still water will be available.
