About your instructor: Heather Wenz is a local artist and educator with a passion for making creativity both fun and healing. She has taught in a wide variety of settings — from after-school art programs in Denver Public Schools to playful Paint Nights — and even while teaching English in China, she found ways to let her students express themselves through art when words weren’t enough. Her own artwork often features bright, vibrant, and geometric abstract paintings in acrylics. Heather has a true knack for helping people tap into their imagination and leave with something beautiful, personal, and unique.
