Glamoure Performance Academy: Costuming: Creating a Performance

You have the skills. You have the look. Now what the heck are you actually going to DO onstage? Creating a memorable performance is about more than putting together a collection of sexy moves. In Creating a Performance, we’ll explore how to take an idea and turn it into a complete act with a beginning, middle, and end. We’ll look at music, character, storytelling, choreography, costuming, props, pacing, and the all-important question: What do you want your audience to feel? Whether you already have an idea bouncing around in your head or you have absolutely no clue where to start, this class will help you develop the building blocks of your own performance. Get ready to take all those fabulous pieces you’ve been learning and put them together into something uniquely yours! All of our classes are intended for people 18 years of age and older. Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot now!
