Heart Centered Sound Meditation Journey

Allow yourself the gift of self care before the holiday season with a relaxing sound meditation. This is a chance for you to relax and reset your nervous system with the soothing sound of himalayan singing bowls, Gong, chimes and other instruments that allow you to let go of mind chatter, physical tension, stress, overwhelm and so much more! Let the sound carry your awareness deep into your body leaving you feeling centered, connected, peaceful and ready for a deep nights sleep! As the sound journey unfolds many people find that insights, intentions, or a sense of healing naturally arise. You may notice something releasing in your body, a letting go of what no longer serves you, or a new sense of freedom and forward movement in your life. Please bring something to lay on like a camping pad or yoga mat & blanket. You will be laying down for about 50-60 min so you want to be comfortable • A Blanket to cover yourself & stay warm, our body temp tends to drop as we relax • Small pillow for your head & support for your knees • Optional eye shade & Journal if you like to write down your experiences.
