Sound Vibration Meditation for the Heart and Throat Chakra

Explore the power of using your own vibration for healing This class explores how sound, vibration, breath, and the voice can be used to support healing, relaxation, restoration, and regulation within ourselves and others. Vinny will share practices that explore the healing power of the human voice, including how tone, vibration, and intentional sound can help shift our internal state and create a deeper sense of connection and presence. Drawing from his family lineage and mantras rooted in ancient Buddhist traditions, Vinny will also offer insight into how sound has long been used as a practice for healing, prayer, and spiritual connection. This class is an invitation to experience the voice not simply as something we use to speak, but as an instrument for healing, awareness, and connection. All are welcome! Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. Please arrive on time as to not disrupt the class.
