Wednesday Reset Sound bath at The Denver Village

Midweek sound bath to calm your nervous system and reset your energy. Crystal bowls, deep rest, no experience needed. Take a midweek pause and let your nervous system reset. This Wednesday evening sound bath uses crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments to guide you into deep relaxation, easing stress and calming an overactive mind. You'll lie back, breathe, and simply receive as the sound washes over you, no experience or preparation needed. This gentle practice supports better sleep, reduced anxiety, and a greater sense of ease heading into the second half of the week. Space is limited to 22 guests, so early reservations are incouraged. Bring a mat, blanket, or anything that helps you get comfortable, and come ready to unwind.
