Sunset Sound Float at Agni Mandir Healing Arts Retreat Come enjoy 2 hours of self care in the beautiful Agni Mandir retreat space. Return to center with an immersive floating sound journey. Ashlee will play crystal singing bowls, flute, gong, various chimes and textures to help you dip into a state of deep relaxation. She’ll sing ethereal tones and share soft words of encouragement as you feel tension and stress melt away. Arrive at 7:30 to enjoy spa amenities like cold plunge, sauna and hot tub. At around 8pm we’ll load onto floats with blanket, eye mask and essential oils. We’ll begin with guided meditation and gentle breath work, before leading into the sound therapy session. We’ll close at 8:30 and you’ll have another 30 minutes to enjoy the amenities. This is a safe and sacred space for you to come back home to yourself.
