Sound Bath, Breathwork & Bliss

Breathe deeply, reset your nervous system, and melt into a restorative sound bath designed to leave you grounded, aligned and renewed. Join us in an immersive journey where breath and sound guide you back to your most aligned state. Through intentional breathwork, you will be drawn into presence and embodied awareness, allowing you to regulate and support your nervous system, process emotions, reduce stress, and align with your highest self. Emerge feeling clear, open, and elevated - restored to a state of aligned bliss. Event Format We will begin by offering an introduction to somatic breathwork, demonstrating the breathing technique, and providig the overall flow of the session. The session will start with an immersive sound bath to help everyone deeply relax and get into a meditative state. Lauren will then guide everyone through the breathwork cycles, supporting each participant along the breathing journey. There will be an integration period to process, reflect, and journal. Afterwards, a delicious herbal tea and light snacks will be provided and participants will be given the space to share their experience, if desired. What to Bring Please bring a yoga mat, journal, water bottle and anything else you might need. Wear comfortable clothing that you can lie down in.
