Join us at the Maryland Horse Library as we welcome British artist Jeremy Houghton for an evening talk, exhibtion and reception. "Jeremy Houghton’s lifelong fascination with equestrian sport is evidenced in his paintings of hunting, polo, racing and military horses that have long attracted collectors on both sides of the Atlantic. Best known for his residencies at places rarely seen by the public, Houghton has built an international reputation by painting from within institutions that are usually hidden from view. His work has taken him from Windsor Castle, where he served as Artist in Residence to HM Queen Elizabeth II, to Wimbledon, the London 2012 Olympic Games, the America’s Cup."
