Homecoming: Rep Your College/University! 90 minutes of Mixxedfit & Line Dancing followed by Gospel Yoga. It’s time to represent your school, move your body, and pour into your mind, body, and spirit! Throw on your favorite college gear, lace up your sneakers, and get ready to SWEAT, VIBE & SHOW OUT! 🙌🏾 Join us for an energizing wellness experience featuring 90 minutes of MixxedFit & Line Dancing with the Cardio ViXens! Get ready to dance, laugh, move, and have a great time while celebrating your favorite college or university. Then, slow things down and make space to stretch, reset, reflect & renew with 60 minutes of Gospel Yoga led by Dr. Jennifer Marana. This uplifting experience combines movement, mindfulness, reflection, and faith to help you reconnect and recharge.
