This 45-minute movement therapy session will allow you to release what doesn’t serve you and reclaim your power. A 45 min. movement therapy session that provides you a safe space to release and reclaim your inner divine power. This session is geared towards reclaiming your power and finding your strenght. Each movement will allow you to release what no longer serves your divine being. There is no better way to do this but with dance, stretch, affirmation, love , and community. I can't wait to move with you. Let's honor Domestic violence awareness month, together 💜
